Cycle disorders: time for real solutions

Cycle disorders affect millions of women. Yet it takes an average of 8 to 11 years for them to receive a diagnosis, and women typically consult 5–8 healthcare providers before receiving a correct diagnosis. FEMCURE is working on a breakthrough: faster diagnostics, targeted treatments, and better prediction models, developed in collaboration between science, industry, and patients.

What is FEMCURE?

FEMCURE is a public-private partnership (PPP) programme funded by Health~Holland. The programme focuses on cycle disorders caused by endometriosis and uterine abnormalities such as adenomyosis, myomas, and uterine scarring after a caesarean section.

Together with hospitals, universities, research institutes, SMEs, and patient organisations, we are developing innovative products and services that fundamentally improve healthcare for women, from adolescence to menopause.
